We work experientially with various artistic tools which allows you to come into contact with what is important to you. We are confident that taking play and the arts seriously will lead to our expanding our consciousness and becoming more whole, leaving us better able to take care of ourselves and others.
Katrine’s educational background is in Expressive Arts Therapy. She is also an actor with an education in method acting and in drama and theatre. In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, she works as a consultant at Aleris Executive Health.

I’m interested in helping you improve your ability to feel safe, grounded, and at home in the world as well as to achieve your goals and create and live a good life. I have more than 30 years’ experience as a coach/ counsellor/therapist, and my education is in psychotherapy (Expressive Arts), mindfulness, and vocal and performance training. I also offer EMDR, craniosacral treatments, and I treat sound sensitivity from trauma with Safe and Sound Protocol. I offer short and long-term therapy in person and online, in English or Norwegian, in individual, couples, and group sessions.
